I had a chance to meet up with Jeremiah Owyang and Charlene Li from the Altimeter Group last Thursday. Always good to see them. I noticed this NBC interview on his blog and thought he did a great job capturing some of the current challenges for brands online. The most critical is that brands are underspending in social media and have not caught up to consumers (remember when we said the same thing about digital in general?)
