Hiya, looks like those crazy spammers are at it again;-) I thought Typepad filtered that stuff out for you?

I love this example, what makes it interesting for me is that Vodaphone is helping users co-create an 'experience of one' that takes their individual context of use into account (they chose to use a phone, in a given way, at a given time and place that suits them).

Respecting a customer's context is one of the concepts in Venkat Ramaswamy's book that I am having the hardest time mapping into the marketing experience.
