John - I think this is a fascinating space to explore. There is also a tool from Umbria Communications (they aren't my client, but I have met with them and seen the tool in action.) I think mapping personal media is going to be the next big revenue driver and the place where agencies and PR people can add the most value over the coming years. These tools are not simple and require a deep knowledge of the lexicon and the brand but they will also require us PR folk to learn new skill sets...which is where this gets very exciting. Best of luck in your efforts, I'm watching with interest.
